We use our scheduling and CRM platform to manage appointment bookings and client communications. Your information is processed through this platform solely to deliver our services. We handle all platform data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We do not share your information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your engagement with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you have opted into SMS communications from Guided Path HR, LLC, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts after that.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to deliver your services and meet our legal obligations. When your engagement with Guided Path HR, LLC concludes, we remove your data from active systems within 30 days upon request.
