We use GoHighLevel (GHL) as our scheduling and CRM platform to manage appointment bookings and client communications. Your information is processed through GHL solely to deliver our services. We handle all platform data in accordance with GHL's terms and applicable privacy laws.
We do not share your information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your engagement with us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, without exception.
If you have opted into SMS communications from Guided Path HR Partners, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts after that.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to deliver your services and meet our legal obligations. When your engagement with Guided Path HR Partners concludes, we remove your data from active systems within 30 days upon request.
